WTB: 53-54cm ROAD BIKE

Looking for a road bike to do road races and possibly crits. I’m just under 5’10" and I ride a M-S BMC TM01 for TT and Tris. Will consider buying anything from complete bike to partial build and even frame set. Please post description and price and if I am interested you can email me pictures. This will be easier that you having to upload them.

Thanks

Great base to build up your crit or road race bike for next year. USA made Cannondale CAAD5 R700 USA frame set plus more.

I have a 2011 Giant Defy Advanced frameset in a size S, which is equivalent to most 53-54CM of other manufacturers. It actually has a longer top tube than your TM01, but equivalent reach. What you’ll get is a brand new frame and seatpost, but the fork is used. I’m asking for $850 Shipped.

You may take a look at the geometry here:

Here’s an actual image, let me know if there’s any other image you would like.

Still on the search for a road bike… What ya got?

If you want something different and very affordable, I have a Devinci Optimum 61 frameset for sale for $150 plus shipping. I weighed it, and it was 2.96 lbs for just the frame. That isn’t much more than my caad10, and is in range of many nice aluminum frames. It has hourglass type seatstays, which remind me of the caad9, and it was made in Canada. It comes with a fork, but it is cheap enough you could spend some money on a nice fork and still have lots left over.
