if you want something on the dirt cheap end, i’ve got a 48cm '80s Centurion i used to get my wife into triathlon. has components but no wheels (you can get those cheap though). worked great, you can even easily convert it to 9 speed (and maybe 10spd?). only asking $150 shipped
