WTB: 40cm base bar and a set of good brakes

So I need two things to complete my wife’s K-factor.

1. 40 cm base bar, preferably a PD Cobra Wing but I am open to suggestions.

2. Sram Force or DA brakes but again, I am open to suggestions.

Items should be in good condition.
