Anybody have a decent spare 1" threadless headset they wouldn’t mind getting rid of? I don’t want cheap, but it needn’t be a Chris King either - something along the lines of a Cane Creek S2 would be perfect.

Depending on your definition of cheap…I have a Chris King 1" in silver I could sell you. It is used (though not abused) and you will need to get a new crown race from them to complete the system.
