I’m building up my first tri bike so that I can save my 'cross bike for 'cross!

I’m getting a vintage softride from desert dude but I still need a few things:
-1" threadless fork 700c
-1" headset
-saddle
-brake levers (i know someone has some 188s laying around!)
-brakes
-speedplay zeros in any condition

make me an offer I can’t refuse!

I have a Cane Creek S2 black headset if you’re interested. Bought new in early 2004, used only for 2004 race season, sitting in my garage for the past year unused. $25 shipped.

what type of shape is the headset in? I think these are only 29 dollars at performance. Would you be willing to lower the price?

When I get home I’ll check on a set of Ultegra brake calipers and I think I have a set of DC 188 levers. I have a bunch of stuff I’d love to get rid of before I move from FL to AZ
