Would you wear a Giro Reverb helmet all the time?

I have a Trek and a Giro Reverb helmet. The Trek is probably the most ill-fitting thing I’ve ever had on my head. The Reverb is really comfortable and I used it some when I rode my fixed gear last year.

I would like to wear it all the time, road bike or fixed gear, as it is light and very comfortable. Does it look a little to ‘urban hipster rider’ to wear all the time for either bike. And yes, looks do matter. I don’t want to show up in a thread on here getting bashed for being a ‘hipster poseur’.

What say you?

Who cares?

If you like the look and it’s comfortable, rock it.

I’d think most people on a group ride or casually riding by you wouldn’t care too much past maybe a comment or so.

If it fits, use it. It’s based on the old Air Attack road helmet that was used by guys like Mark Allen and Greg Lemond…they even make a version in Lemond’s old Team-Z colors.

It’s also not that different from Giro’s current Air Attack road helmet:

Heck yeah, I’d wear one as my main lid.

I’d rock that thing in a race!

Ok, good to go then.

I raced with it last year @ Calgary and Vegas 70.3
