IAAF World T&F Champs in Helsinki started yesterday, but I can’t find it on any channel in the U.S. Bummer!
But I bet you can find NASCAR…
Its on every nite here in Canada on CBC. If you live close to the border, you can usually get it.

It’s on every afternoon on PAX (owned by NBC)…an hour of condensed covereage that’s actually pretty jam packed. There’s also coverage on College Sports Network if you get that on satellite.
We’re getting an hour every afternoon on PAX. The picture is pretty bad, sort of like looking through a milk filled aquarium, but, hey, it’s track coverage. The prelims have been routine. Yesterday we watched the 20k silly walk followed by the 100 m wheelchair.
Here in Helsinki, we have it live on three channels out of the ten offered on the hotel TV…Eurosport, SVT (which is Swedish, I think) and the local Helsinki channel. The Finns have been packin’ the stadium everyday and are really great. It’s been fun, except for this bloody rain.
