This video feed is a few hours long. The 10k is about 3/4 of the way along. Steve Ovett is doing some commentary and I love some of his comments as the camera crews take shots of the crowd etc. when the race is going on.

The CBC has pretty decent coverage all week long and they have a schedule of the live coverage on their website.
