Look in the Riverwood neighborhood of Davidsonville. Nice neighborhood, great school system and you can ride for miles out your front door. I believe houses are ranchers and split levels for 300k or less which is cheap as many homes in Davidsonville may run over 1 million. Gets you over the bridge and into AA county = less taxes. It is 24 miles to St. E’s - I know you can do it in 35 mins as it is nearly all highway. I did that same commute for 15 years and it worked out great.
