Jokes aside, the unfortunate part about all this is that someone like Hamilton may very well know all the details of what went on and could be helpful in getting to the bottom of all this. However, he’s kept up the lie and changed his own story so many times that, you really can’t take anything he says seriously now. The only help that Hamilton could do now is under oath, before a Grand Jury or in a Court of Law, tell us what really went on.

A lot of people have said a lot of things. A lot of others have said nothing. However, all of that has been personal commentary and none of it has been under oath.
The whole complexion of this changes, just as it did with the baseball and steroids accusations and investigations, when people are under oath. Even then, they have the option to lie - perjure themselves - but the consequences from that if found out are not good.
Just a point of clarification the US FDA investigation headed up by Jeff Novitzky is has been stated as focusing on illicit or non FDA approved drugs being distributed or trafficked within teams/organisations within US government jurisdiction (e.g. US Postal). JN has stated that the investigation is not interested in focusing specifically on individuals doping but indictments are to be expected if evidence supports it. Now what this double talk really means is anyones guess until we see this in court if it ends up there.
