Ladies - Any suggestions on good training diets? My problem is that I am totally addicted to sugar - which is fine if it is consumed in moderation, but I cannot control it. And I am not a healthy eater overall. Any advice on how to come up with a solid meal plan for training? When I “diet” I tend to under-eat for the amount of exercise I do. I would like to cut a few pounds overall as well as tone up more, but just don’t seem to have the same motivation/commitment in eating as I do in training!
