Using the Performance Manager Charts TSB numbers…obviiously your TSB numbers for the Bike and Run need to be in the Postive number…But…
For a Marathon race I have this weekend…How Postive should I target i.e. +10, +20, etc?
Sorry, can’t help you…the Performance Manager approach wasn’t really formulated with running or swimming in mind (although the concept certainly does apply), and I have no experience with any TSS other than the original.
