WKO+ TSB number before Marathon

For you WKO+ junkies…
Using the Performance Manager Charts TSB numbers…obviiously your TSB numbers for the Bike and Run need to be in the Postive number…But…
For a Marathon race I have this weekend…How Postive should I target i.e. +10, +20, etc?

I targeted +10 for a Masters swim meet last weekend and felt really fresh.

You might have to experiment for yourself.

Sorry, can’t help you…the Performance Manager approach wasn’t really formulated with running or swimming in mind (although the concept certainly does apply), and I have no experience with any TSS other than the original.
