Withings Scale Accuracy

I’ve got a Withings WS-30 Wi-Fi scale. Just curious how many of you own these and how accurate the fat mass % and BMI measurements. I know it’s not as accurate as some other methods but for regular usage how much of a variance would there be? Within 2-5% accuracy?

Thanks ahead of time for any feedback

Semi accurate. About +/- 2% going off skinfolds.

Better measure is to just look at trends in cahnges

Versus a dxa scan analysis I had done, it understated my body fat by about 7 percentage points which is fairly significant!

Having said that, at the clinic where they had the dxa equipment, they also used a tanita scale with the two handles you hold to estimate body fat % as well and it also understated my body fat by rounghly the same percentage points as the Withings.

So home scale vs home scale prosumer vs prosumer - flat diff?

Versus medical equipment? lets just say, I should probably skip a few cookies and cakes!
