I will be in the Dells for a few days next week and want to get some riding in. Got any favorite “fewer car” routes that you can share? I was going to do the Dells half iron course but the race is not posted anymore and I found no active links to the route map.

I’ve used these maps to plan routes in western and south western Wisconsin. A word of warning - last month I spent a week riding in Richland Center and we hit road construction nearly every day.

Thanks. I pulled down the county cycling maps from the DOT as well but obviously these don’t show terrain, only suggested routes based on traffic and road surface. I was hoping for soem local knowledge of hills/flats etc.
I know what you mean about road construction. I’m up on the north end of Lake Winnebago and it seems like every other road around here has been mangled some time this summer already.
