Shoes. I HATE cold feet & for most other body parts I have various winter gear I can make work.
Oooh I have Reynauds so it’d have to be two things: really good wool socks AND really good gloves. Once my hands & feet get cold, I’m done’fer.

I have a Lemond Rev trainer which is like riding on the road. I’m adding a 55" TV and Sufferfest videos.
up north here in Michigan we try to seize every opportunity to ride outside, I love my Lake boots with smart wool sock and PI lobster gloves

I love my lobster claw Pearl Izumi gloves, balaclava, merino wool socks and shoe covers.
Just bought heated cycling gloves (rechargeable battery)!
I cycle outside all winter (eastern Massachusetts)… my ancient down stuffed lobster gloves are falling apart and must keep those fingers warm!

Hmmmm…I live on the central Queensland Coast in Australia. In Winter we are lucky if it drops below 20 degrees Celsius during the day. Alas, I cannot help you at all.
