I ride a Leader, but went with the 735TT. IMHO, it’s worth the extra $$$. It’s lighter, more aero and has a seat cutout that actually allows you to bring the rear wheel in close to the frame. I’m not sure if it’s actually any faster, but it looks and feels that way to me
I purchased the DA kit with Carbon X bars from Leader (got a sponsorship discount and bought everything but wheels through them).
Overall, I’ve been very happy with the bike. It’s not carbon, but it is a light, stiff, aggressive (78 degree seat angle) frame with a good road feel. Ive ridden it exclusively for most of the summer (up to 112 miles) and love it. And I had fun building it up.
While you can buy better frames for a whole lot more money, I think the Leader TT frames are about the best bang for the buck you can get. But that’s just from my experience. Feel free to flame away…
