Just finished my winter bike project. Bianchi TSX Ultrailte, Campagnolo.

Nice work! Are those index shifters? If it’s a true retro, shouldn’t you have down tube shifters on there? Now I’m just being picky, and maybe a little jealous.

How does it ride?

Adam

Yeah, and the computer should have wires, huh, cordless for that time (some people)!

And single pivot calipers…AND toe clips and straps…geeze…where did you learn how to retro
.

IMHO, as a fellow old bianchi (SLX frameset 10+yrs old) owner, I have to say I don’t like the color. Celeste is the only color for a bianchi.

Chris

great bike. you did a nice job. have you been for a ride yet?

Nice. I’m upgrading/restoring my old Miele this winter for my son to use. Should be very nice when it’s done. I’ll have to post a picture later.

Very nice. . .Except for that ugly Modolo stem (I never did care for that model). That bike deserves an old Cinelli stem.

It looks like it is pretty much restored to a correct standard for the time. I don’t know why Bianchi made bikes in colours besides Celeste, but they did.

Ital-techno has a e-bay store where you could probably find a Cinelli Grammo stem for that bike. Modolo doesn’t bother me, but if you did take the advice of a response to get a cinelli, the Grammo would do wonderfully.

Nice job.

Speaking of retro… here’s my huge GIANT!

… I took out out today, for the year’s first outside ride!

Too bad a couple spokes broke on the rear :frowning: - shortened my ride quite a bit.
