Will anyone prevent Federer to take a 5th straight title?
Considering how Safin was beaten…I doubt it…
I thought Safin was going to make a fight of it in the second set but then he was jsut completely steamrollered! My money’s on Federer to retain (at very short odds).

But see, the problem is, he can win the next 10 Wimbledons as well, but without a French Open win he is not a great player.
I think the question is not whether Federer will win or not, but there are two pertinent questions: A)Who will he beat in the final, and B)Will he drop a set along the way?
If he were to not drop a set, that would make 2 majors in one year he pulls that off…
I happened to catch some women’s action on ESPN2 on Saturday. Good stuff. Sharpova was making a Japanese woman run like a slave in the quarter finals.
