Hi!
Have anyone tried the wheels from Williamscycling.com?
770Usd are a pretty good price for a 50-wheelset. but the question remains, are they any good riding?

I guess that no-one have tried them, then.
but what are your opinion?
Anyone know who the Athletes in the testimonials are?
it’s the same rim that quite a few companies are using (Planet X, HED, and a ton of other smaller companies) different hubs and spokes for each company but the Williams look nicer than most hub and spoke wise. I had a pair of those wheels under the HED label and they were pretty nice wheels. Nice and stiff, decently light and braked fairly well although the braking track wears down a bit faster than say a wheel like a Zipp which has a reinforced braking track versus just bare resin like the Williams et al. Note that the shape is more like a rounded V versus the torroidal bulge of the ZIPP and HED wheels so probably not quite as aero. Similar shape to a Reynolds with softer edges. I’d say they are more road race wheels than TT wheels. Same rim that Macca used on his bike a LOT though in combination with a H3 rear.
Depending on who’s selling them and the hubs and spoke build they seem to run anywhere from $600 to $1,000 or so per set.
