No for the bike. You can go and get yourself the one for the run since it will not be located very far from the transition. They will not do it for you.

Done IMCDA the last two years. Got all 4 special needs bags back the next day. Not sure about the day of.

Last year they left everything in a big pile of colored bags just outside the transition area. It depends on how badly you want what you put in it since they weren’t in numerical order. And get there early since it would be easy for someone else to grab your stuff.
