Will the SRAM bar end shifters work with Shimano derailleurs

I am having to change the Shimano shifters because of corrosion, so want to try the carbon SRAM shifters. Will they work with my Dura-Ace 10 sp components?

Front d will as it is only friction. Read will not as it works on a one to one ration (different from DA) and is index only.
