Will a 9 speed crankset work with 10 speed group?

will a 9 speed dura-ace crank & chainrings (and bottom bracket) work with a shimano 10 speed everything else?

Yeah, I think the teeth are the same size, it’s just than the 10’s cogs are jammed closer together, requiring different shifter action per click and a narrower chain.

i actually asked that very question to BandL today and they said it is compatible.

My friend got a good deal on a bunch of used parts, all dura ace 9 speed and ultrgra 10 speed cranks. It works fine but I think he had to use a 10 speed chain.
