Just curious to see if Gerard or anyone else had any insight. All of the photos on Cervelo.com have Reynolds forks on the soloists. (I realize that as pros the answer might just be “cuz they wanna”, but i figured i’d check). Thanks.
Easton may have been a team sponsor last year. They aren’t listed as a sponsor for 2004, so CSC probably worked out a product only deal or something with Reynolds.
In the end, probably the same reason US Postal uses Deda bars / stem rather than the stock Bontrager stuff. Money.
