The guy is a moron.
He has a point, but I looked and stalkfind.com doesn’t have any OD or 10K stalks this weekend, so I’m stuck with running.
Looks like he did some pretty extensive research. His bibliography is all of 1 reference.
yeah, but his wife gave him input on it!
I thought man, with his opposable thumbs and large brain, was built to sit at a desk and stare at a computer screen?

I would hardly say he has a point. How did Mr. Caveman get away from things like Saber-toothed tigers or alligators and what not? Slowly stalking away from them?
What they also did was build large pits and cover them with twigs and leaves and get a herd of whatever to run into them. Do you think they slowly stalked these herds into the pit?
well that, and picking up an original recipe KFC drumstick.

– He didn’t more often than not, I’d think.

– I dunno if that dig a pit thing is a myth, but I think so. I do know that the Indians used to chase buffalo herds over cliffs (using horses), though.
Have I mentioned it says in the replies to the article that Dr. Arnold is a fan of POSE running?
