I was asked : “you look great – how do you do it?”
I run 30 minutes every morning, I cycle 200 miles per week, I only eat brown rice, complex carbohydrates, organic fruits and vegetables and oily fish. I do yoga twice a week, I swim 4000m a week, some kick boxing, spinning classes, and every other Friday I have a colonial. And of course I drink 2.5 litre of water everyday.
You also look great, how do you do it? “I am 22.”.
