Why Can't I Post a Classified

When I’m on the classified page and hit “post new” nothing happens.

Please advise.

read the rules at the top of the classified section

And when the rule says you can’t post in the classifieds, that certainly does not mean that you should post your item in the tri forum instead. That is a quick way for the post to get deleted.
