I know Roark does, but that’s custom titanium which is the wrong income bracket …
… any ideas? Particularly in cyclocross.

Check out S&S.
Ritchey Breakaway Cross - your choice of Ti or Steel.
Or as the previous poster suggested, add C & C couplers to another frameset (I assume it has to be round tubed?)
Moots does as well (Ti too).
Not much cheaper though …
S&S lists a bunch of builders who use their couplers. Bilenky does far and away the most retrofits, and they’re reasonably priced at ~$400 for a steel frame, ~800 for ti. Surly offers a production S&S coupled frame called the Traveler’s Check that costs about a grand. Others have already mentioned the Ritchey Breakaway bikes, which also turn up on Ebay from time to time as Dahon frames (marketed in Europe that way).
