And, the English twist, a chip sandwich: hot, deep fried “french” fries stuffed between two slices of heavily buttered white bread and a pint of bitter (I prefer Courage Classic). Geeze, it’s been 15 years… time to head back for my follow up treatments.

I second Kittycat, I dip my fries in mayo as well…which is disgusting…lard on lard…but OH SO GOOD!
I love french fries but hardly ever eat them. They’re on my “mostly avoid” list, which includes fruit pie (a little is too much, a whole lot isn’t enough), cheesesteaks, red meat, eggs, and a few other things. Except for fruit pies, I’ve found after I eat the other foods I usually feel pretty awful, and not just from guilt - I physically feel sluggish and gross. Especially when I eat eggs, I feel like I need a nap afterwards. I have plenty of other food vices, including licorice, chocolate and tootsie rolls, which I have almost daily and really need to cut back on. Right after the Easter baskets are empty.
