Who knows a trainer, or enough about

the newish lean theory of running?

Apparently, some people believe it helps transfer power efficiently.

As I understand it, one tries to maintain a cadence of 180 bpm, and leans the entire body forward, striking, not lifting with the front of the foot, then extending leg through push off. Is this correct? Any articles of merit?

See:

Pose Running
Chi Running
Evolution Running

They all incorporate those things to different degrees except the push off. The chi running and evolution running say not to consciously toe off.

Have you tried any of these techniques?

Are there any persons who’ve experienced success?

I tried it a little this morning and notice less side to sid wiggle and more forward drive, but perhaps I don’t understand it.
