Well, the average poster averages 400 watts over an IM distance race, and everyone runs sub-3 marathons and swims 48, so it would be a really tough call! I guess it would depend on the race.

I’m sorry but it’s Nat Faulkner. He may never win Kona because according to natural law he is required to crush the dreams of both of his species–human and jackass. Which means that he spends about an hour at the Donkey Crossing crushing dreams while on the bike and run in Hawaii.
But if I were to really answer the question I would say that for the men it’s BGennari and Napoleon and for the womens it’s runlikeamother and Lisa Bentley (LB, she’s posted here I think twice which qualifies her).
