Probably the guy that was telling is non-white critics that they can leave the country.

My guess is he is referring to Rashida Talib, she of Palestinian ancestry and Omar, she of Somalia. The same attack is being brought by Lindsey Graham and the President. The GOP is circling the wagons with an all out assault on anti-Semites, Muslims, invading foreigners seeking a better life, and those of us who are anti-american Americans (democrats). Fear and hate continues to grow as a political strategy centerpiece driving enthusiasm among those who do not like (hate) or who are concerned about (fear) these intruders. 2020 is heating up big time.
