Who has qualified for boston one or more time but not gone?

I’ve qualified 5x, even qualified There. Only ran Boston once. If you are looking for an awesome marathon do it. Why haven’t I went since, it is expensive and I would rather do IMs.

I have qualified in all but one marathon in my career (over 25 marathons including my IM races).

Have no desire to sit outside to wait for the start of a race hours ahead of time. Some day I’ll do it, but not for another few years. Have to get all the triathlon stuff out of my system :>)

I qualified at my very first marathon (when I was in college).

I didn’t know anything about the race or qualification at the time.

I haven’t really been close to qualifying since.

Thats why im not doing it, I have qualified, but it seems that IMAZ is always too near the same time, I would also rather do IMs, considering the travel costs etc.
