I was just paging through and unless I missed someone, only one person had Stadler even on the podium (3rd).
when I saw the photos of him before the race he looked so fit and relaxed. He is such a humblw, quiet little man.
Not me…but I had Norm as my dark horse favorite and certain top 5 finisher.

yeah, but that person had bell knocked out (to make up for the other 100 of us who got either lessing or macca knocked out), and isn’t doing that well on the women’s picks (no kraft or badmann, and gollnick probably out of top 10). it’s actually pretty wide open still.

Not even close. But I was looking at pictures from kona yesterday, a lot of pro athletes looked nervous and norman looked really relaxed. maybe he won before the race even started?.
I had Lessing in a walk away and thought the only race would be for second place.

my interpretation is that the order you picked isn’t relavent, but how the three picks you have each for the men and women did. no points for dnf, or finishes out of the top 10, so a lot of people got whammyed not only by the dnf’ers (lessing, macca, bell, lvl, etc.), but also by those who didn’t finish in the top 10 as expected (deboom, brown, bowden, gollnick). from a quick scan of the posts, it looks like the few who picked stadler or faris to be in the mix were negated by having two or more 0’fers in the mix.
