Who are Compositech and how do they relate to ZIPP?

Was listening to the new ZIPP poadcast on clincher rims and did a search on their new patent for their rims. Came across Compositech as the holder of the patent with Joshua Poertner as the inventor (lead engineer at ZIPP). So exactly who are Compositech and how are they related to ZIPP?

Compositech is the parent corporation, and Zipp Speed Weaponry is the name of the company. We are one and the same.
