Which pedals? (1)

Hi all, am in the market for new pedals… right now I’m on “older” model Looks and need a change. I’m using Shimano shoes and will stick to those for at least one other year. I some times suffer from ITB, so I need a pedal which is easy on the knees… I had SpeedPlay in mind (the Zero model) for it’s ability to adjust the float… Please give me some feedback…

Thanks

I really like the Speedplay Zero model(s). Really, what is NOT to like? As light as any pedals out there (Ti version), loads of cornering clearance (if you crit), dual sided very easy entry, as much float as you want all the way down to locked down none, etc. Also, it doesn’t “foul” as much as the older X series with the single spring mechanism in the cleat (but still can if you walk around in the dirt much, about the only downside - so NOT for cyclocross

I have Speedplay X series at the moment and I’m going to get some Zero’s soon. I really like the feel of the pedals and just want to play around with the float I use.
