Which heart rate strap to use with Garmin 520 when interested in HRV

I’m interested in doing a bit of HRV tracking and need a strap that will work both with my Garmin 520 as well as with my Android phone’s bluetooth.

Unless your phone has an ANT+ chip, wahoo tickr does both ANT+ and BT. 4iiii’s Viiiiiiiiiiiva does as well, but also acts like a bridge and will convert any other ANT+ signal you make into BT. That is cool.

If your phone has ANT+, which a lot do, you can use any other ANT+ chest strap.

No optical straps for HRV. Sorry.
