Which Front Wheel to Ride?

I need to decide between two front wheels for a sprint race with moderate to rolling terrain.

  1. Zipp 440 ~1996 model (Lime green decals with the gold Ballistic hub) 24 spokes but 58mm rim depth

  2. Zipp 303 2003 model (before dimples) 16 spokes with 38mm rim Depth

Weight is not a factor because it is a rolling course. The question is to go with the wheel with the higher spoke count but deeper rim or the wheel with the lower spoke count but shallower rim.
