Ok, was looking at the ergomo’s and can’t figure out which bottom bracket style I should get. I have a stock Cervelo P2C if that helps any.
I bought the campy version with the Ergomo carbon cranks(campy),working very nice.

Uh, I have a Shimano set up though(stock from Cervelo for P2C) so don’t know if the campy works but I’m asking about what kind of bb, english tread, square taper, etc.
I have the ISIS bottom bracket version. The mechanic who installed the BB on my road bike did an awesome job, and he was quite pleased to see there was an ISIS option. He seemed to think it was better in terms of performance than a square taper version. I honestly don’t know if there is any difference.
With that said, the most important aspect of the Ergomo is that the install is done exactly following the specifications. The frame should be chased and faced at the BB, so everything is perfectly aligned. This was done on my road bike, and it works great. It was not done on my tri bike, and I constantly have a wide range of variance in the readings. It has actually come to the point where I am going to sell all of my Ergomo stuff. It really is great if you have a shop which is going to perfectly follow the directions of the install. In fact, about once per week you can pick up an Ergomo in the Classified section from someone who inevitably didn’t do the install correctly. I know I could have the Ergomo properly re-installed on my tri bike; however, I got a great deal on some other power stuff, so I have gone a different route.
My ergomo stuff is going to be in the classified section in the next few weeks.
I will say the display computer for Ergomo is second to none. You can customize the display to see pretty much anything and everything you could ever want all at the same time. AP, NP, Current P, Speed, Avg Speed, Cadence, HR. You can get most, if not all of those on the screen with the newest firmware (free download).
Me too(Cervelo P2C), but it works fine, with the ergomo carbon crank that is campy as well as the campy ergomo.
No shifting issues what so ever.

I haven’t looked in a while but I got:
English thread, square taper, 102 mm for my Soloist/P3SL. It works with the higher end old model campy cranks (record/chorus which are on sale evrywhere). There also are a couple misc. brands that work or just simply get the ergomo cranks.
You can use ISIS version or shimano version (if they still make the old shimano type) - you just need the correct cranks and it will all work together regardless of the rest of your drive train. Probably more options with ISIS re: cranks (or at least there used to be…).
If the person selling you the ergomo can’t help you with all this - I’d use a different vendor…I bought my last ergomo from Rich Strauss (happy with service).

I could get ANY type of ergomo(english thread, italian thread, square taper, ISIS, etc.) and it’ll fit my bike regardless?
Any ENGLISH thread Ergomo will work on your Cervelo- ISIS, Square Taper, or Octalink. As long at is an English thread you have nothing to worry about, just what cranks you will use. Ergomo cranks come in all three spindle types now. You can also find older FSA cranks in all 3 spindle types. Older Campy cranks come in sqr taper and u can use those too (like Bjorn does). On two of my bikes (qroos) I have the ergomo crank and one (HED road bike) has an FSA carbon crank, all of them are square taper.
This is probably a stupid question, but… the ergomo only works with internal bearing type cranksets (like all the older models) right? Why can’t they just make a BB that goes with shimano 10 speed or do they?
Because it registers force by the twisting of the bottom bracket(if I remember correctly). With the outboard bearings, there’s nothing to measure and there’s nowhere to put the electronics because the cranks spindle passes through the bottom bracket shell. Although they could be working something up, it’s not out at this time.
