Which 2 Running Backs Should I Start?

Willie Parker at home against the Saints (I think this is a sure bet)

Tiki against the Bears

Ronnie Brown against the Chiefs

Corey Dillon agains the Jets
.

Are those your only choices? I know that I can be a “homer” but the Lions should have a pretty big game offensively against what seems to be a pretty weak 49’er defense. Kevin Jones has been running really well, and now he has something resembling an offensive line.

Given your choices, I think Parker is your best bet followed closely by Corey Dillon.

You said “Are those your only choices?” Geez…I thought I had a pretty good stock of running backs.

Kevin Jones is taken in my league.

Parker, definitely.

I’m going to say Brown against the Chiefs. They don’t play a lot of D, and it has the potential for a lot of yards/scoring. Tiki and the Bears is too risky. And I don’t think Dillon has really gone for much this year, especially with Maroney there.

I need help with which QB I start:

My new approach is to do all your research with trends, matchups etc. make your picks then do just the opposite.

HAHA, good idea.

Look at Joey Galloway’s season, he basically alternates, 100 yards and a TD one game and then nothing the next. For like 5 or 6 weeks straight I managed to start him the week he would be shutout and then off course I would bench him and he would go for 150 and 2 TD’s.

So I just got frustrated and cut him, haha.
