Where to buy barcon shifters?

Where’s a reasonable and fast place to buy a 9spd DA barcon shifter? Nytro is not an option.

By referencing Nytro, I’m assuming you live in San Diego. B & L and Supergo both have them. If you want relatively quick mail order, Colorado Cyclist, Excel, Tri-Zone and Nashbar carry them as well.

Thanks. I thought that they’d be harder to find than they apparantly are. I didn’t figure that Nashbar or C. Cyclist would have them, not being tri-oriented.

They’re pretty much standard parts of the DA gruppo. Personally, I prefer Tri-Zone for my tri-specific purchases. They’re quicker than the big mail order houses like CC or Excel. Second to them is Nashbar. I placed an order with them yesterday morning and it shipped in the afternoon.

that’s pretty funny. bar end shifters are not actually a tri/aero bar item. they are a drop bar - - - - - end (!) shifter that tri/aero bar guys borrowed.

Yeah, I knew that but since, in my mind anyway, that application is virtually nil with the advent of STI, I figured that production was very limited and only tri shops would stock them. I appreciate the help and have a replacement ordered.
