You should read his blog. I know this might seem crazy, but he’s been training for some race coming up…
The Sergio will be in Kona. He runs a bike shop in Lisbon, and I think that, as with any small business start-up, that takes up a LOT of his time. I am sure he aspires to the level of Tom Demerly, though, where he has minions to run the shop while he posts on ST. 
I think MuffinTop is focused mostly on his computer work. He was/is a damn good triathlete, but he’s a DAMN GOOD programmer. You can follow MuffinTop on twitter – willronco (his “other” name).
