gatorade does not really have that much sodium

your body doesn’t have much capacity to store extra sodium, so excess consumption will be excreted fairly rapidly, making the idea of loading pretty questionable.

i don’t understand what you are saying about carbo loading
i mean we carbo load all the time as tri guys…but you can only load so much … its all gone after 1st 2 hrs and then you have to start eating on the bike
