I am going to the Gym to do some squats and lunges. I am trying to get more powerful this winter and I have herad this will help with the run and biking “on topic”. So, since it has been a couple months since I have done any weights w/ my lower body and I dont believe in easing back into something, how long before I can walk again? I am betting on Saturday afternoon.
You should be able to hobble some tomorrow, but Thursday will be a no-go. Friday you might be able to wiggle your toes a bit, and by Saturday maybe swing your legs over the side of the bed. I’d be betting on Sunday before you can stand again, and by Monday you could be back to hobbling. Just in time to go back to work…

I had a little trouble walking out of the gym. Had planned on running a mile after the workout for some reason, not sure why. That did not happen. Legs feel a little stiff this morning. Cant wait for tomorrow!
