Wheels for my first HIM (Pucon)

Having raced 6 sprint / olympic / 1/4 IM in a road bike I finally bought my first tribike which after trying several options that fit within my budget. I bought a Cannondale Slice 5 because it was the one that fit me the best.
I’m planning to race the HIM in Pucon, Chile in January next year, which is quite hilly and sometimes windy. I want to buy some aero wheels and my LBS has a sale on SRAM wheels S60 or S80 which should I get?

I’m 6.0’ and weight 168-170 lbs.

The S80s are faster for triathlon racing on almost all courses. Pucon included. If you plan to do other things on those wheels (such as uphill TTs, or crits), it would be a good reason to consider the 60’s.
