Current running HED Alp 50mm front and Renn Madeira disc rear. Both clinchers.
Considering upgrading to a pair of Zipp 808 tubular.
Would it be worthwhile? How much time would I save over 25 miles?
I am 60 kg and most races I do are flat/undulating.

A wash, probably (or possibly slower since you are running clinchers and are considering tubulars - I just went the other way! Depends upon what tires/glue/etc.) Keep the Renn and just get a deeper front wheel (like an 808, Hed Jet/Stinger 90, Planet X 101 or Blackwell 100). That will make you faster - perhaps 30 secs? WAG of course. The deepest you can go clincher is the Hed Jet 90 (and it is 1/2 the cost of a Zipp 808 clincher at 82mm). If those 30 secs matter, then the price is worth it. BUT, you have a pretty good set up right now …
