I have several sets of wheels: Race wheels - Falcon disk and Hed Jet Deep, Training Wheels: Velocity v-deeps, Campy Montreal and Mavic GL330’s. I’ve had all of these for several years and just thought I would finally throw the questions out there.
All the wheels work fine, except that when I use the Gels I have to move the brake pads all the way up and they just barely align with the braking surface. The other wheels are all just plug-n-play.
Has anyone else had this problem? Is this common to the gels? Any other wheel sets that this is an issue for?
