my 808 tubular is slightly out of true, it wobbles maybe 1/32". i found a loose spoke and tightened it but not well enough to correct the problem. i have a race in the AM and the local shops are closed.
is this bad enough to bag the wheel for the race?

No worries. I hope you didn’t just check for loose spokes and then tighten the loose one though.
no, i found one that was so loose it had no tension at all. i just tightened it enough to be useful. it is still the loosest on the wheel by acoustic measure.
