Run warm water out of faucet and wash off any surface gunk.
A few drops of dish soap on each lens front and back.
WIth clean hands and water running gently rub soap gel into the lens.
Rinse and ride.

I’ve been wearing glasses all day every day since 1969, this is the only procedure that doesn’t risk lens scratching. I use a microfiber cloth from Zeiss to dry the lenses as the last step.
Any sunglasses with a coating that is damaged by dish soap and water, are inferior products anyway…
