Just interested in getting a perspective. My average max HR with the 30 minute hard run/20 minute time is 162. Wore my HRM overnight for two nights. Resting HR overnight of 8 hours each night is 61. What’s yours?

Your max is probably quite a bit higher. Run a local 5k, and sprint the last 1/2 - 1/4 mile until you are ready to puke. That will be your max.

I’ve tried wearing my HRM at night but the belt thing slips down and I lose the signal - how do you do it? wear it really tight?.

Yeah, I could do that. I was also interested to see HR changes (cycles) throughout the night though.

Whats the point in comparing to other humans? Doesn’t really tell you anything about your abilities. And without asking for ages as well it means even less.
