Whats your favorite night before/ morning off meal?

So, Im going to be doing my first TT, a 20k, in a couple of weeks and was curious about pre race day and morning of diets? So, that brings up a question: Whats your favorite night before race and race morning meal? Give me some ideas

My night before favorite is —> bbq chicken with cheddar on top and a loaded baked potatoe.
Race morning —> whole wheat wrap of crunchy peanut butter, strawberry jelly, and banana.

Night before: Chicken, whole grain rice, corn on the cob and some mixed veggies with a small chocolate or mango water ice to follow. When I want quick and easy I cook up some ground turkey with a little red pepper, paprika and chile powder and then mix it up in some Trader Joes Vegatable Jumbalya (great precooked rice dish for the single folk) and add in some fresh peppers to boot.

Morning of: fuji apple, caramel rice cake and almond butter. Sometimes washed down with a glass of soy milk. Might munch on some homemade trail mix…Almonds, cashews, craisins, dried blueberries, and dark chocolate chips. Add in a banana or peach.

gotta love gluten and dairy allergies. I usually stay away from red meat the night before a race but tend to enjoy a good NY strip or rib eye for dinner post race. I usually try to keep the diet simple and not eat things I’m not used to.
